1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 1 of placing the order
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

2. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of health and nutrition products, we follow a strict return policy:

Returns are only accepted if the product is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect item delivered
The return request must be raised within 7 of delivery
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

We may ask for photo/video proof before approving the return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Opened or used products
Products damaged due to misuse
Change of mind after delivery

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within [5–7 business days]
Refund will be credited to the original payment method
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable
In case of damaged or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost
